The kit incorporates a highly efficient, high mount, wastegated GT28 turbocharger, the latest technology unit on the market today. Oil supply lines to turbo come directly from the main oil gallery and are returned through the side of an existing drain hole in the engine block, therefore not requiring the fitment of a hole in the side of the engine sump. Being high mount, the turbo and associated air intakes are well clear of water and mud. The TD42 Turbo-glide kit is the simplest and most reliable kit on the market, maintaining easy access to the engine for servicing requirements.

Turbocharger is a GT28 wastegated Turbo. Free flow turbo exhaust included, chassis dyno report before and after provided. Recommended power level to be 30% torque and 25% horsepower improvement above manufacturers specifications when fitted. Although the unit is capable of far greater power gains, experience has shown that engine life will be shortened if exceeded.

Power gain at rear wheels on dyno at 5PSI, have consistently been, kilowatts from 80 up to 150. Torque from 260 - 480 NM. Figures vary. If larger diameter road wheels are used along with higher fuel consumption.
